Circular

Purpose:

Order
An Order is a mandatory decision or direction issued by an authorized official or government exercising legal authority. It typically applies to a specific subject, individual, or institution.
Purpose:
- To sanction appointments, transfers, and promotions.
- To grant financial sanctions.
- To implement administrative decisions.
- To bring rules into effect.
