Nirmalam – Puthuyuga Suchithva Keralam

Panchayat President Smt. Sicily Kannanthanam inaugurated the 'Puthuyuga Suchithva Keralam' (Clean, New-Age) campaign—a public initiative aimed at making Kerala a completely waste-free state—at the Grama Panchayat level. Smt. Bindu Kochupuvathinmoottil, Chairperson of the Health and Education Standing Committee, presided over the function. Ward Member Sri Binu Padiyanickal delivered the welcome address. Elected representatives, including Sri Shaji Thengumpallil, offered felicitations, and Panchayat Head Clerk Sri Bijoy V.S. explained the details of the project. Subsequently, Sri Subhash M.G., Assistant Secretary of Kottiyoor Grama Panchayat, honored a member of the Grama Panchayat's Haritha Karma Sena (Green Action Force). Health Department staff, members of the public, auto-rickshaw drivers, and representatives of the trading community joined hands to clean up Ambayathode town.
